1. General
  • Our Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.我们的工作日是从星期一到星期五，不包括周末和公共假期
  • Items are Categorize to PREORDER [PRE] or READYSTOCK.   商品被分类为预购 [PRE] 或现货。

2. About Preorder
  • Preorder item took at Least 2-3weeks after particular closing date as stated to ship out your order. (Within Malaysia) 预购商品将在特定截止日期后至少2-3周内发货。 (在马来西亚境内)
  • Kindly expecting any shipment delay due to conveyance process by international courier is unpredictable and uncontrollable. 
  • Preorder item may OUT OF STOCK , customer can request REFUND / CHANGE ITEM for the out of stock item , any balance can be refund as well. 请预计由于国际快递的运输过程可能导致的发货延迟是不可预测和不可控制的。
    预购商品可能缺货，客户可以要求退款/更换缺货商品，余额也可以退还。
3. Purchase
  • Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. Joymi Official will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.在结账前，请确保您已经正确选择了正确的商品以及正确的颜色/尺寸。一旦订单确认后，Joymi Official 将无法修改订单，并且不会对选择错误的颜色/尺寸或重复下单事件承担责任。
  • Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Order with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.请确保完整且正确地填写地址，包括您的手机号码。填写不完整/不正确的订单信息可能会导致交货延迟。如果包裹被退回，将收取重新投递费用。
  • Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by others. 购物车中的商品不会被保留，其他人可能会购买这些商品。

4. Delivery

  • Ready Stock item will be ship out in 1-3 working days after we verified your payment.现货商品将在我们核实您的付款后的1-3个工作日内发货。
  • All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on weight.所有运费将根据重量在您结账时自动计算。
  • Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.邮寄日期仅包括工作日，不包括周末和公共假期。
  • Kindly expecting any shipment delay due to conveyance process by third party postal service is unpredictable and uncontrollable.请预计由于第三方邮政服务的运输过程可能导致的发货延迟是不可预测和不可控制的。
  • JOYMI OFFICIAL shall not liable for any delayed delivery.JOYMI OFFICIAL 对任何延迟交付不负责任。
  • Your parcels are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel if proof of postage is supplied. 您的包裹由第三方邮政服务提供商负责，如果提供了邮寄证明，我们将不负责丢失的包裹。
5. Measurements / Representation of items
  • Measurement stated may different 1-3cm due to the different quality of material and the way of measurement is taken.由于不同材质的质量和测量方法的不同，所述尺寸可能会有1-3厘米的差异。
  • Color shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, color may be slight difference. This applies especially for brighter hues.由于不同的技术设备具有不同的规格，所显示的颜色在不同的屏幕上可能会有轻微的变化。因此，颜色可能会略有不同，特别是亮色。
  • Item with slight imperfections such as loose thread, slight dotted stains, etc which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered as defect.有轻微瑕疵的商品，例如松散的线头、轻微的斑点污渍等，不影响商品整体外观，将不被视为缺陷。
  • Request for return/exchange due to the reason above will be rejected.基于上述原因的退货/换货请求将被拒绝。
6. Returns & Exchange
Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless you received an incorrect item(s) or any factory defected item(s) such as faulty zip, holes, and obvious stains, otherwise it will not be accepted for return.除非您收到了不正确的商品或任何工厂瑕疵的商品，例如有问题的拉链、孔洞和明显的污渍，否则售出的商品不可退货、退款或换货，否则将不被接受退货。
  • Please be noted Item with slight imperfections such as loose thread, slight dotted stains, etc which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered as defect.请注意，有轻微瑕疵的商品，例如松散的线头、轻微的斑点污渍等，不影响商品整体外观，将不被视为缺陷。
If your order has defects items, missing items or contains incorrect items, kindly contact customer service within 1-3 working days upon receiving your order. (STRICLY NO REFUND/RETURNS/EXCHANGE after due date)  如果您的订单有瑕疵商品、缺少商品或包含不正确的商品，请在收到订单后的1-3个工作日内与客户服务联系。(截止日期后严禁退款/退货/换货)

  • STRICLY NO REFUND/RETURNS/EXCHANGE once original tags is removed.一经原始标签被移除，严禁退款/退货/换货。
  • All items must be returned within 5 working days.所有商品必须在5个工作日内退还。
  • Items must be returned in original condition such as unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact.商品必须保持原始状态，如未经改动、未穿戴、未清洗，并且附带标签。
  • Joymi Official reserve the rights to reject any refunds if the item doesn't meet original conditions .Joymi Official 保留拒绝任何退款的权利，如果商品不符合原始条件。
